Air Disinfection Systems

All Air products available by Equity Lease and Purchase; select products available on Rental plan, U.S. only. All quotation F.O.B. Wallingford CT. Estimating costs for 100% air capture for total MolecuCare air quality results: "rule of thumb", one MolecuCare unit per system blower; all system blowers throughout the building must be included; each blower to be matched to a MolecuCare rated CFM. Example; if the blower is moving 3,000 CFM, this is the minimum CFM rating of a MolecuCare unit placed for that blower.

MolecuCare Whole Building Air Installation; order process will initiate with Indoor Air Quality Consulting engineering Survey and Report billed to the client purchaser. This study may require extended performance gathering and confirmation of factors evident in existing system handling efficiencies, and will include designated improved risk prevention as factor relating to efficiency such as intake locations, contamination sources, etc, as they exist in the current HVAC system.

In the hospital this study may take several months and repeated laboratory reports to plan and execute objective installed system performance. A final certified independent air quality report will be issued by an independent authorized service. See Air Disinfection

PAR Portable Air Remedy (Roll-in UV air disinfection for emergency, quarantine, immediate public application):

Standard PAR roll-in/roll-out units to 3,000 CFM; contact MolecuCare for pricing assistance.

To determine required units, divide room size need (cubic feet) by rated specification per PAR unit. (Example: a 40 x 60 foot room with a 15 foot ceiling is 36,000 cubic feet.) The preferred standard is one complete air exchange every twenty minutes.

AstroStream Series Municipal/Industrial Products:

All AstroStream Series products sold by preparatory prior engineering cost to the client and presented in bid format following. To begin this procedure ask for AstroStream Sales by phone contact. AstroStream is offered by construction contract and will include express warranties and oversight management consulting fees paid with client report. Since this product involves security measures, substantial pre- and post-provisions are to be considered in the delivery term and operational use date expected. AstroStream is available as a leasehold product with buy-out conversion.

Mobile Systems -

Peacemaker:

Quick emergency water disinfection machine designed for rapid deployment and set-up; sized for aircraft delivery. Rated 2,900 GPM capacity, currently offered in standard configuration at our cost, for the purpose of test and trial service.

PWR Portable Water Recovery:

The PWR Portable Water Recovery System is a larger transportable immediate water supply machine designed for semi-truck delivery & field use. Continuous delivery rates from 15,000 to over 30,000 gal/hour. Designed for municipal earthquake, flood, hurricane applications; scaleable to need. Requires hose/pipe to source, heavy refuse screening. This is municipal emergency preparation equipment and is unavailable on short notice.
