Randolph
W. Meyer, Co-Founder and Advisor “Wally” Meyer was a loyal supporter of Inventor Arthur Matschke long before the MolecuCare technology was a reality and he continues in that role today. He has a clear understanding of the need for clean air and potable water in the world. Wally became the first member of the MolecuCare Board of Directors and remains a leader in that body. After earning a BA in Economics from Union College, Schenectady, NY, Wally held technical and marketing positions with IBM for 21 years where he earned membership in Six Hundred Percent Clubs. Wally left IBM to found Westport Marketing, Inc., a computer leasing company in which he was active for the rest of his career. He is semi-retired from Westport Marketing and has turned to entrepreneurial interests in recent years lending his support to non-profit groups. His history includes 16 years as an elected official in his hometown of Westport, CT. Brett
A. Matschke, President Brett
has been a devoted Advisor and Assistant to Arthur Matschke since 1996,
assuming responsibility for varying projects ranging from Marketing,
Communications and Research and Development.
In 1998 Brett accepted the position of Vice President of
MolecuCare. His earlier
experience centered on the Financial community where he spent 17 years in
the employment of national brokerages, Merrill Lynch and A.G. Edwards
& Sons as a licensed Investment Advisor.
In 2000, Brett returned to the Financial arena establishing a
private money management firm in Trumbull, CT and in 2006 he again
assumed the position of Advisor to the President of MolecuCare.
He became a member of the Board in 2011 and has recently been
elected President of MolecuCare, Inc.
In Trumbull, Brett has been a member of the Long Hill Fire Dept.,
the Trumbull Lions Club, the Trumbull Library Association and the PTA
Boards. He is involved with
the Greater Bridgeport Youth Orchestras and the Trumbull Youth
Association. Brett is a
member of the National Brain Tumor Society and the Brain Tumor Support
Group at Yale New Haven Hospital. David
Palchik, Director of Operations David
became a key member of the MolecuCare Management Team in 2004 tapping
into his extensive experience in the Insurance industry.
Prior to his involvement with MolecuCare, David spent 30 years in
Commercial Insurance where he was responsible for Underwriting
Operations Management and for the past 8 years his position includes
oversight and growth in Risk Management and Employee Benefits functions
for a privately held international conglomerate.
In 2007 David was elected to membership on the Board of Directors
of MolecuCare and in 2010 he accepted the position of Director of
Operations. Gary
Weddle, PhD, Science Advisor Dr.
Weddle became involved in MolecuCare while the Founder was still
researching Nosocomial Infection in the mid-1990s.
For over 15 years Dr. Weddle has been Advisor, Friend and
eventually a member of the Board of Directors at MolecuCare.
Dr. Weddle is a long time member of the chemistry faculty at
Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT. After
receiving his PhD in Inorganic-Physical Chemistry from University of
Delaware in 1976, he spent post-doctoral years at Virginia Tech working
on the mass spectrometry of anticancer compounds and at the Max Planck
Institute in Germany on chemistry. He
taught chemistry in the Freshman Honors Program at University of
Delaware for 2 years. In
1979 he joined the faculty at Fairfield University where he conducted
fundamental research that explores the relationship between molecular
charge distribution and structural rearrangement/reactivity in
affiliation with Yale, Case Western and University of Melbourne in
Australia. In addition to
his academic pursuits, Dr. Weddle has provided extensive environmental
volunteer and consulting services to local CT planning boards. Joseph
Piliero, DDS, Clinical Advisor Dr.
Piliero has been a Friend and valued Advisor to MolecuCare since 1994
and has served as a Board of Directors member since the late 1990s. He
graduated from New York University College of Dentistry and completed
his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC.
Graduation from NYC School of Arts and Sciences was followed by a
Master of Science degree in histology and cell biology.
Four years of research resulted in 8 published articles on
Erythropoietin. Dr. Piliero
is an Associate Professor of Dentistry at St. Barnabas Hospital’s
General Practice Residency Program in NYC, the largest GPR program in
the U.S.. Southport Smiles
is Dr. Piliero’s private practice in Fairfield CT since 1990. Robert
Clemens, Jr., Business Advisor Robert
Clemens, Jr., is President of R. F. Clemens & Sons with 38 years of
trucking business experience. Following
his discharge from USMC in 1973, Robert joined his family’s business.
He became President of the company in 1984 when he proceeded to
expand the services from 2 to 7 related fields of business.
Bob became active in MolceuCare when in 1997 his company
delivered the first portable MolecuCare Air Disinfection Units to New
York beta-site locations. He
has come to value the need of this technology over the years of working
with MolecuCare as well as the influence of his wife’s 30 years of
nursing experience. Bob
became a member of the Board in 2006. Jeff
O. Matschke, Director of Research & Development and Patent Oversight Jeff
Matschke assumed leadership of Modular Return Air Disinfection (MRAD), a
spinoff from MolecuCare, Inc. from 1999-2004.
Jeff’s history includes majoring in Physics and Mechanical
Engineering at Drew University and Illinois Institute of Technology and
holding management positions with Sealed Air Corp., Process Control
Technologies, Molex, Inc. and Dukane Corporation.
In 2010 Jeff re-joined MolecuCare in an Advisory position and has
since assumed responsibility for the Patent extension of the Steady-State
Irradiation Chamber©
technology. Peter
S. Bauerle, Director of Marketing Peter
joined the MolecuCare leadership team in early 2011.
He has extensive Marketing and Business Management experience in
major commerce related industries. His
25 years in manufacturing includes positions as Business Manager,
Norwich Pharmaceuticals, General Manager, Silicon Solar, General Manager
and leader in a Wal-Mart sustainability initiative.
Peter quickly became an effective team player applying those
skills to MolecuCare needs. William
Konigsberg, PhD, Advisor Dr. Konigsberg became a valued advisor to MolecuCare founder Arthur Matschke in the early 1990s when he learned of Matschke’s interest in the growing problem of nosocomial infection in U.S. hospitals. It was by the good grace of Dr. Konigsberg that Matschke acquired access to the Yale University Medical Library to begin research which resulted in the development of the Steady-State Irradiation Chamber© that MolecuCare offers to the world. Dr. Konigsberg, Professor of Biophysics and Biochemistry at Yale University, needs no introduction to the scientific world. Numerous publications and his research history speak volumes of his successful and valued service to mankind. Elaine
Matschke, Chairperson Elaine Matschke has worked side by side with the Inventor and Founder of MolecuCare, Inc. for 20 years. Prior to MolecuCare involvement, Elaine raised a large family and later returned to school and the workplace for ten years. She was responsible for the Office Staff at Xerox Employee Assistance Program, Headquarters, Stamford, CT and Office Manager, Goldberg, Zoino Associates, Trumbull, CT. Elaine has been a member of the MolecuCare Board of Directors since 2003 and was elected to Chair the Board following the death of Arthur L. Matschke, 2011.
