Patented ultraviolet water purification Irradiation Chamber© system designs have been developed in a range of sizes and configurations suitable for residential, commercial, municipal, aircraft, and marine applications, as well as in a portable emergency use configuration which is generator-operable.

All current standard model designs of 500 to 20,000 gpm can be incrementally added per need: customized and miniaturized applications can be handily adapted from current standard designs. Patented model designs include "thermostat-like" unit- or remote-mounted Monitoring Panels to indicate unit power activation and pending bulb failure / replacement status.

Portable / Emergency Water System Designs

Fully Mobile Lightweight Designs

Design features; 115-220VAC operation, 581 to 2906 gpm @ 60 psi, 2 to 4" connections, "standard pickup truck" transportable model weighs approximately 800 lbs, features rugged construction designed for emergency or rural field service.

Basic model design will provide 581 GPM of 99.99-plus percent microbe & parasite-free clean water wherever the unit is brought to any non-saline source (river, lake, well, reservoir, municipal water pipes, etc). Measures 30" W x 36" H x 80" L, enclosed in a rugged tubular steel shock-mounted frame; designed to operate on a standard 50/60Hz 110-120VAC generator when a fixed power source is unavailable.

Specifically designed for portability almost anywhere, the base model design, together with a small electric pump, a pair of intake & outflow hoses, and a common portable generator can all be easily transported in any standard 3/4 ton pickup truck -- allowing rapid economical placement of a potent 500-plus gallon per minute water disinfection station in rural areas or emergency situations (flood, tornado, etc). Once the vehicle is placed within a few hundred feet of a non-saline water source, clean potable water can be flowing within mere minutes.

Residential / Smaller Retail, Office System Designs

Designed for any locale (a rural location or agricultural well, for example, or anywhere the available supply is not considered routinely safe) to provide the security of municipal water purification systems, assuring the highest available water quality without the use of chemicals.

Intended for average residential, agricultural, rural, and smaller office or commercial applications, six model designs offer flow rates from 95 GPM thru 20,000 GPM; all units feature a maximum 31" width and "simple as a sink installation".

Patented features deliver the same fully-automatic, maintenance-free all microbe/parasite kill rating performance as our large commercial models, while operating costs are pennies per day.

Designed for typical one-day installation (such as with an electric water heater) by any qualified plumbing or HVAC contractor; 2-10 amp draw, 110 or 220VAC models per application.

Municipal / Industrial Large Scale System Designs

Patented Municipal System design eliminates trenching, sluiceways, mechanical arrays, etc; requires only the supply feed and a sewer line discharge for back-flushing. Standard single unit design estimated sufficient to 3,000,000 population -- about eleven million gallons per day.

Sealed pipe system -- no open waterways prevents pests, contaminants, unauthorized persons from access to water supply, while MolecuCare's exclusive patented Dri-Lamp© "no metal/water contact" design has no submerged mechanics or lamps, avoids electro-chemical affects, eliminates corrosion, electrolysis, catalytic interface, filming or ionization.
